Spiritual Change Maker! I was greatly influenced by Gandhi’s journey of personal and social transformation, and knew early on this would parallel my own journey. As a woman my personal transformation has come through feminine spirituality, rooted in the Tantric Goddess lineages of ancient India. My own spiritual empowerment through my body and sexuality has inspired me to guide other women to do the same and be the change our world needs.

Political Economist! I was very touched by the poverty I saw in India at a very young age. My desire to see a more equal world led me to study Economics and Politics at New York University. I was living in New York City during 9/11, and the wars that followed. 9/11 woke me up to many political realities, one of which was that poverty is a global political issue. This led me to get my Masters in International Political Economy at the London School of Economics to better understand the politics of money in the global economy.

Social Movement Enthusiast! Simultaneous to my studies, my desire to see change in the world led me into social movement organizing. I was trained in a model of organizing that came out of the 1950’s and 60’s US civil rights, women’s and student movements. I spent six years working at the local, national and international level to curb the growth of large corporations and their tendencies to exacerbate global inequality and poverty. The most fun, I had was directing a National Campaign in India to resist the entry of Wal-Mart and the rise of corporate takeover of small shops and farmers.

Devotional Goddess! Working and studying in the field of political economy for 10 years, quickly burnt me out. I went looking for another way to create the change I was so passionate for. I realized this change had to start from within me! I went deeply into devotion to the Goddess and connected to the ancient teachings of Tantra as a path of women’s empowerment. Traveling to Russia, India, Turkey, Eastern Europe and throughout the US, I was blessed to study with teachers who helped me to awaken to my inner gifts and talents as a dancer, poet, singer and lover of divine beauty and the mystical feminine arts!

Feminine Coach & Mentor! Through my own path of feminine awakening, I have been a coach and mentor to other women seeking to connect with their innate feminine power and energy. I am able to guide women to a path of self-love starting with a love of their bodies and sensuality. Women have awakened to the deep joy, passion and beauty that lives within them to experience great benefits and practical changes in their life. [Another Sentence]
